Leadhome

2019 - 2022

  • Defined business strategies, key performance metrics, metric tracking strategies and design roadmaps for both internal and consumer-facing products, including a CRM tailored for real estate agents, as well as a property journey management platform for home buyers and sellers.

  • Conducted in-depth research of the call centre, and designed a lead scoring assignment engine and dedicated workspace for call center agents to work leads for quick conversion and customer advocacy.

  • Re-positioned and re-designed the Leadhome brand.

  • Led a service design team comprising of leaders across multiple business units with the goal of standardising operational processes for improved customer advocacy.

  • Managed all NPS scoring for agents and products.

  • Solely designed and managed entire design component libraries for multiple brands and products within the Leadhome mother brand.

  • Led a POC of CM.com to test WhatsApp inbound marketing tailored to strategic points captured in buyer and seller lead journeys within the Leadhome CRM.

• Closely collaborated with Standard Bank designers, business analysts, developers, testers and designers within an agile environment, to build the Standard Bank app.

• Helped define and build the Standard Bank UX strategy and design system for various features within the Foundation (security), Card and Emerging Payments, and Account Insights Management teams.

Conducted heuristic reviews for the PPS and Expedia websites, in order to propose robust design systems guaranteed to solve business problems, save costs over time, and justify measurable business value.
