Defined business strategies, key performance metrics, metric tracking strategies and design roadmaps for both internal and consumer-facing products, including a CRM tailored for real estate agents, as well as a property journey management platform for home buyers and sellers.

Conducted in-depth research of the call centre, and designed a lead scoring assignment engine and dedicated workspace for call center agents to work leads for quick conversion and customer advocacy.
